š About this Campus
The University of York Mumbai is welcoming undergraduate and postgraduate students from the 2026/27 academic year, with the campus located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The university has signed an MoU with Maharashtra State and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Provost Professor Lindsay Oades was appointed in October 2025 to lead the campus. Initial courses focus on Computer Science with AI and Cyber Security, Business and Management, Economics, and the creative industries. The same UK curriculum is delivered with research-led teaching, identical academic standards to York UK, and an emphasis on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as the backbone of the curriculum.
