📍 About this Campus
United International College was the first liberal-arts university and one of the first Sino-foreign joint-venture universities in mainland China, established in 2005 by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University. UIC follows a 'Whole Person Education' model with bilingual instruction (English-medium for academic content). Students receive both a UIC degree (recognised by the Chinese Ministry of Education) and a Hong Kong Baptist University degree.
China's first liberal-arts joint-venture, awarding both BNU and HKBU degrees.
