IIM Ahmedabad Dubai opened on 11 September 2025, inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Crown Prince of Dubai). It is IIMA's first international campus, operating from temporary premises in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) until a permanent purpose-built campus opens in 2029. Inaugural cohort: 35 students. The one-year MBA closely mirrors IIMA's globally-recognised MBA-PGPX in India. Director (IIMA): Bharat Bhasker. Dean (Dubai): Sunil Sharma.
